Each item of jewellery is made to comission.

This means that it usually takes approximately 2 weeks

to complete and ship your order.

Sometimes it may take longer, sometimes it may take less time.

If it is going to take take longer than 2 weeks, I will contact you and let you know.

Please let me know within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order.

Each price listed includes postage and packaging.

Orders up to £25 will be sent Royal Mail 1st class.

Orders over £25 will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Overseas Orders over £25 will be sent Royal Mail Airsure.

If once you receive the item, you are not happy with it,

please let me know within 2 weeks

and we will try to resolve the problem or arrange a refund.
