All the jewellery is made to commission in Hannah's workshop. This means that it usually takes approximately two weeks for each item to be made.

Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes it takes less time. Either way you will be contacted, to let you know how long your order is going to take.

• Orders of up to £30 will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class.

• Orders over £30 will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

• Overseas orders over £30 will be sent Royal Mail Airsure. 

If, once you receive the item, you are not happy with it, please let us know within 48 hours and we will try to resolve the problem or arrange a refund.
