Sterling silver beads are mixed with painted wood and finished with a luxurious grosgrain ribbon.

The inspiration for this neckace is clear from the title.
I wanted the silver beads to have a sense of history about them.  Each bead has been distressed individually.  Look closely and you will see what makes this necklace special.
