Meller Designs supply costume jewellery to Marks and Spencer and Next. 

I have been working with them on a freelance basis since 2004.

Working for Meller Designs  introduced me to designing for the British High Street.  It is fast paced and exciting.

It is also very interesting working with factories in China, India and the Phillipines.   Because of the language barrier, our drawings need to be crystal clear to allow communication to be as effective as possible.  Trends have changed a lot since 2004.  The British public are becoming more daring with their accessory choices and a wide variety of materials have become common place.   As a designer this has opened up a whole spectrum of new ideas.  Sometimes, it seems, anything is possible.
